Dostify uses simple per-minute pricing from a prepaid balance. You'll always see the applicable rate in the app before a call starts.

Before every call, the app shows the applicable per-minute rate, so you know what a call costs before it begins.
Prepaid, so you stay in control
Calls are paid from a prepaid balance you recharge yourself — you decide how much to add.
No charge if they can't pick up
If a companion is busy or doesn't answer, you aren't charged for that attempt.

Every recharge and call charge is listed in the app. Something looks wrong? Raise a ticket.

If money was debited but your balance didn't update, raise a ticket in the app with the transaction reference.
